Oxford gym owner willing to go to jail to defy Gov. Baker’s shutdown

Oxford Massachusetts officials posted a closure notice on the front door of Prime Fitness and Nutrition. Electricity and water service were shut off on Thursday. The town also changed the locks to the gym.

Dave Blondin, the gym’s owner, joined The Kuhner Report to discuss the town of Oxford’s overreach.

Blondin told The Kuhner Report, “At this rate, I think the town of Oxford is on such a power trip that they will literally do anything.”

He also said he’s willing to go to jail to defy Gov. Baker’s shutdown.

He said, “If that’s what they’re really going to do for me opening my business that I worked my entire life for, go for it!”
