President Trump held a news conference in the Rose Garden at the White House Tuesday afternoon.
The announcement was President Trump signed an executive order that will hold China accountable for its oppressive actions against the people of Hong Kong.
He also said, “Make no mistake we hold China fully responsible for concealing the virus and unleashing it upon the world. Could have stopped it, they should have stopped.”
He also criticized former Vice President Joe Biden, who is also running for president, saying Biden's "entire career has been a gift to the Chinese Communist Party."
